Megaphone is a student-led human rights initiative founded on the belief that human rights are most vulnerable where voices cannot be heard.
We focus on gender equality, democracy, and access to education as essential pillars of dignity and opportunity.
Our work began with a commitment to move beyond awareness and create tangible, sustainable impact.
Through research, advocacy, and storytelling, we highlight overlooked communities and urgent global issues.
In Kenya, we launched the Internet To School (ITS) project to expand access to digital education.
We built a computer lab equipped with laptops and internet infrastructure to support long-term learning.
Our members also provide online tutoring in subjects such as English and mathematics.
Despite challenges including distance, language barriers, and unstable internet access, we remain committed to consistent engagement.
